Mental and Emotional Balance Group
In-person, four session group, meeting every other Saturday Starting Sept 9th 2023 Learn and practice staying balanced, out of emotional extremes and reduce vulnerability to anxiety and depression.

About the Group
This group will start by exploring skills to observe when and how things get out of balance.
- Crisis skills will be part of this first week to give you the tools you need to ride out distressing emotions and situations.
- Session two is all about being action oriented instead of reactive. Focused on values exploration to purposefully choose your actions. Skills this week include decision making, problem solving/resolving ambivalence, and deeper observation.
- Session three we will learn key skills to understand our thoughts and emotions. This will guide us to make them work for, not against us.
- Session four will wrap up with some practices that nourish our minds and hearts, learning how to drop being right and start being effective!
Learn to live purposefully, by choosing what serves you while staying grounded in your values and being true to who you are!

FEE: $120 total for all four sessions ($30 per session)
