she/her

As a trauma survivor, I am educated on the impacts of trauma and I am passionate about helping others navigate a variety of complex issues by employing a holistic approach to improve my clients’ overall health and mental well-being. I believe in meeting each client where they are in the healing process to collaboratively develop a treatment plan that teaches critical life skills to take back control of their lives. My experience reflects on working with, adolescents, couples, parents, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues such as Borderline Personality Disorder, major depression, debilitating anxiety, bipolar disorder, marital/couple issues, parenting/family challenges, addictions, transitions, adjustment disorder, and dppositional defiant disorder.

I offer evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-dynamic Therapy, Family Therapy, Couples therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to enhance session outcomes and foster personal transformation.

I am a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington Graduate of College of Social Work (GCSW) specializing in addictions and mental health. I earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from University of Houston Downtown. I have worked in private inpatient residential settings as a therapist and supervisor, nonprofit organizations, and private practice.

Outside the therapy space I enjoy traveling, working out, attending church, trying out new restaurants, and spending quality time with my son, husband, and two pets.
